Originally a race of minor gods of nature and fertility, elves are often pictured as youthful-seeming men and women of great beauty living in forests and other natural places, underground, or in wells and springs. They have been portrayed to be long-lived or immortal and they have magical powers attributed to them. Following the success of J.R.R. Tolkien's epic The Lord of the Rings—wherein a wise, angelic people named elves play a significant role—they have become staple characters of modern fantasy.

Appearance: Evelyn has auburn hair and green eyes. She is very slender and quite pale. She is from the elves, so naturally, she has pointy-ish ears. Also, Evelyn stands at 5’7”.
Personality: Everyone that knows Evelyn, says that she is very sweet, and for the most part she is. However, she is very quiet and shy around those she does not know well or trust. When she wants something, she can be very sneaky and manipulative in order to get what she wants.
Strengths: Evelyn is very sweet and quiet. She is also a very strong elf and has had to use her strength numerous times.
Weaknesses: Evelyn tends to be a bit of a lush and this causes her many problems throughout her life. She also tends to be VERY manipulative, which has gotten her in trouble as well. Lastly, Evelyn tends to have some problems with the human race (see her personal history.)
Personal History: Evelyn is a very mature elf. She has seen a lot of bad things happen in her life. Her parents were both killed by humans at a very young age and went to live with a distant cousin ten years and has been basically wandering the streets ever since she was 18 years old, so she has become quite street smart. Because of the way in which her parents were killed, Evelyn often has had a problem trusting humans.
